Khoya apple one of the most popular and attractive Indian sweet dish it is look like apple so we called khoya apple which is prepared from khoya and karara(sugar powder) after heating, it have inside stuffing of badam ,pista,misridana,kesar,khoya,elaichi powder.



How to make khoya apple burfi | Manufacturing of khoya apple
Ingredients:-Khoya,badam,pista,misridana,kesar,elaichi powder,silver leaves sugar or karara350g/kg (sugar powder) Colour Raspberry, Colour Orange Red, Loung, Colour Pea Green

Equipment:-Kettle,musta machine,bardana,parat,paint brush

Procedure:- First off all we prepare stuffing which is fill inside of mevabati so we take following ingredient in given ratio and mix it properly
almond (badam)-100gm
Pista slice-50gm
Misri dana-75gm
Kesar-1gm
Khoya base-500gm
Elaichi powder-3gm
We can take khoya from outsource or market other wise I already discussed to how to make in my previous post.
So take we take khoya as per requirement in kettle and roast it at 100 to 110°c temperature for 25 to 30 minutes
Now khoya pest have remove some moisture then it have to put musta machine and mix karara (sugar powder) and cool at 20 to 25 minutes
When it will mix properly then it have remove from musta machine and kept on a big container or parat
Now the cold product is called metha mava or ( khoya pinda ) and it is ready to make khoya products
so take khoya base or pinda and make 30 to 35 gm ball
Now fill inside stuffing 5 gm in the ball which is prepared
Then make a apple shape of mitha khoya
Now with the help paint brush color red yellow and green on top and bottom surface
Then put a loung on top of kaoya apple and it is ready and look like apple
Now it is ready to surve or packing
Color-apple color
Self life-7 days on room temperature 15 days at frozen condition
