Kaju pinda manufacturing for kaju items|Recipe|Procedure

                Manufacturing of kaju pinda or base of kaju items.
  
                                              
Ingredient:-Kaju 5kg, Sugar 5kg

Equipment :-Kaju kettle ,Musta machine ,Grinder,Bardana etc.

Procedure:-
·        First of all we take kaju and soak 30 minute in water

·        After soaking it will wash 4 to 5 times with  normal water

·        Then with the help of grinder we will properly grind kaju to pest form.

·        Then it will put on kaju kettle and mixed sugar 5kg properly then roast at list 30 to 35 minute.(100 to110c)

·        After roasting we will put all kaju pest on a bardana or container

·        Now we will use musta machine and cooling  kaju pest that time when it temperature 35 to 40°c.

·        After 25 to 30 minute kaju pest cooling and if we required maintain softness then add hot boiled water for maintain 13% moisture.

·        Now this final product is called Kaju pinda.
·        Now we can use this kaju pinda for manufacturing of kaju  items .

Note:-Self life of kaju pinda 3 days at room temperature.
