               Makhana peanut burfi looks delicious to eat. You can eat this in a fast as well.



INGREDIENTS REQUIRED-


  • PEANUT 250gm (roasted or grounded)
    peanut


  • Mawa 100gm (roasted)
    khoya or mawa



  • Sugar 200gm
    sugar


  • Makhana 50gm
    makhana



  • Half a small spoon cardamom powder

  • Two big spoon ghee
    ghee

METHOD
  • First of all keep ghee in pan over medium heat.
  • When ghee becomes hot then fry makhana till it become crisp.
  • Grind and make fine powder as soon as the makhana cools.
  • Add water and sugar to a second pan in medium heat and make two wire syrup.
  • Add milk, peanut , cardamom powder and stir well and turn off heat.
  • Now, take a smooth deep tray and spread syrup over it.
  • When the syrup is frozen, cut it into desired shape.
  • Now, our makhana peanut burfi is ready and you can hold it in an airtight box up for a week.
