Gajak Dil Bahar
For manufacturing of Gajak dil bahar we take gajak chura and mix ghee and Elaichi powder properly then make round shape with free hand

Gajak Dil Bahar
For manufacturing of Gajak dil bahar we take gajak chura and mix ghee and Elaichi powder properly then make round shape with free hand
Now take frame and put some quantity of Badam pista slice and take round Gajak ball make Dil shape with pressing of soft hand then remove from frame and packing
Weight-25 to 30 gm
Gajak peda
Take Gajak chura round ball and put on frame then press with soft hand and make round circle shape after remove from it will packing
Weight-30-35 gm
Gajak muraina burfi
Take Gajak chura and mix ghee and Elaichi properly then put on tray and press with soft hand
Now cutting with the help of knife then garnishing with pista slice and packing
Weight-15 to 20gm
Gajak laddu
for manufacturing of Gajak laddu take chura and mix Elaichi powder and ghee properly then make round ball size and coating with white till then packing
weight-30-35gm
