Manufacturing of kaju
Apple burfi
Kaju apple is a product of
kaju items which have inside dry fruits stuffing its color and
shape is similar to apple so it is call kaju apple or apple burfi
,kaju apple is very delicious test and you should try at list one
time I hope you like .
Ingredent:-Kaju
pinda( prepared mixture of kaju pest and sugar), Pista,
Almond(Badam),kesar,elaichi powder,misri dana (sugar sandy) silver
lives etc.
Equipment :-Kettle
and musta machine for preparation of kaju pinda(base),bardana etc.
Procedure:- First
of all we prepare stuffing which is fill between kaju apple base
So for 1 kg stuffing
preparation we take pista -50g and cut into small pieces then add
badam (Almond-700g) cut small pieces now add misri dana-250g,elaichi
powder -3g , kesar-1g and mix it properly in a container.
Now we take kaju pinda or
base quantity as per your requirement (we already discussed how to
make kaju pinda in my previous post.
Cut kaju base small
pieces and make a ball 25 gm
Then fill in side prepared
stuffing 5 gm
Now make apple like shape
with hand
Then put a pista on
top of kaju apple and it is ready and look like apple
Now it is ready to
surve or packing
Color-apple color
Self life-7 days on
room temperature 15 days at frozen condition
Note-for
1 kg kaju lemon required 900g kaju pinda and 100g stuffing
