Kheer kadam is a one of Indian sweet dish round shape which is made from khoya and sugar prepration after heating process it is yellowish cream color and coated with silver leaves ,it have in side stuffing with mixture of kaju, pista,patha laccha,kesar and elaichi powder.

Ingredients:-Khoya,kaju,pista,petha laccha,kesar,elaichi powder,silver leaves sugar or karara (sugar powder)etc

Equipment:-Kettle,musta machine,bardana,parat

Procedure:- First off all we prepare stuffing which is fill inside of kheer kadam so we take following ingredient in given ratio and mix it properly
Kaju slice-100gm
Pista slice-75gm
Petha laccha-1 kg
Kesar-1gm
Elaichi powder-3gm
We can take khoya from outsource or market other wise I already discussed to how to make in my previous post.
So take we take khoya as per requirement in kettle and roast it at 100 to 110°c temperature for 25 to 30 minutes
Now khoya pest have remove some moisture then it have to put musta machine and mix karara (sugar powder) and cool at 20 to 25 minutes
When it will mix properly then it have remove from musta machine and kept on a big container or parat
Now the cold product is called Metha mawa or ( khoya pinda ) and it is ready to make khoya products
So we take khoya base or pinda and make a small pieces approx 30 to 35 gm and given ball shape
Now fill the stuffing inside of khoya ball approx 5 gm
Then make round shape and coating with silver leaves on upper surface
Now garnishing with kesar color and pista slice on top
It is ready to serve or packaging

Self life- 7 days at room temperature 15 days at frozen condition
