Lal peda is sweet delicious Indian traditional items which is a khoya product and made from milk developed during heat process khoya along with sugar,Lal peda is brown red color which is garnishing with dry fruits.
How to make lal peda | Manufacturing of Lal peda

Ingredients:-Khoya ,sugar,elaichi powder,pista slice,elaichi dana ,ghee

Equipment:-Kettle,bardana ,karchi etc

Procedure:-We already discussed how to make khoya in my previous post other wise we can buy khoya from outsource market also.
So we take khoya and put in kettle and mix sugar and ghee
Now heating 40 to 45minutes when the khoya is brown red color at 110 to 120°c then will remove from kettle to a parat and cool at room temperature 3 to 5 hours
After cooling lal peda base is ready to make lal peda
Now take lal peda base and pre mixing for some time
Then cut small small pieces 30 to 35 g

Now it have to make shape Round – Cylindrical and conical
Then garnishing with pista slice and elaichi dana.
Now Lal peda is ready to searve or packaging

Self life-15 days at room temperature
Note-For manufacturing of 1 kg lal peda we need to khoya-800g and sugar-300g elaichi powder-2g
