Khoya kesar  fruity is one of the khoya items which have inside kesar khoya color stuffing ,decoration and garnishing with kesar color and badam pista slice.it is round shape and 20-25gm size

Ingredients:-Meetha mawa,kesar,Badam and pista slice,silver leaves
Equipment:-Knife
Procedure:-I already discussed How to make Meetha mawa in my previous post First of all we make khoya kesar stuffing so take Meetha mawa and kesar color and mix properly

Now take Meetha mawa and make small pieces 30gm
Then it have fill khoya kesar stuffing 20 gm inside and make a round ball shape
Now it have given cylindrical shape and coating with silver leaves

Then cut from between two pieces with the help of knife
Decoration kesar on top then garnishing with badam and pista slice

Now it is ready to serve or packaging
