                                    Manufacturing of Khoya kesar peda

Khoya kesar peda is one of khoya product which have mix kesar and garnishing with pista slices it Indian famous sweet dish mainly consumed in north India

Ingredients:-Meetha mawa,pista slice,kesar etc

Procedure:-I already discussed how to make Meetha mawa in my previous post  so first of all we take Meetha mawa and mix kesar color properly (make colour with the help of kesar and water grinding)

Now it have to make small ball 20-25 gm and put pista slice on the top

Then take designer frame and press with soft hand

Now it is convert a new design on the top

Now it is ready to serve or packing 

same process for manufacturing khoya safed peda it is processing without kesar colour
