Kaju dil burfi
Kaju dil burfi is one of Indian sweet kaju item which have dry fruits stuffing between kaju base ,it is very attractive shape and size due to whole covered with silver leaves and decor with pista slice and kesar colour.
In this post i will discuss all processes to how to make kaju dil burfi step by step picture
Ingredients :-Kaju-5 kg
Sugar-5 kg
Silver leaves-1 pkt
For Stuffing 1 kg
Elaichi powder-3 gm
Misri dana-300 gm
Pista small-200 gm
Kesar-1 gm
Badam almond-500 gm
Procedure:-
1. step-Fist of all we make dry fruits stuffing so take badam,pista,misri,elaichi powder and kesar and mix as well as given picture.
2.step- I already discussed how to make kaju pinda base in my previous post so now we take prepared kaju pinda base and make a small pieces 25 to 30 gm
3.step- Now fill dry fruit stuffing in side of kaju pinda base 5-7 gm and make round shape ball.
4.step- Then make kaju ball to dil like shape with the help of dil like frame
5.step-Now coating with silver leaves on whole surface of kaju dil burfi
6.step-After that it have to decor with pista slice on the top as per given picture
7.step-At the last decor with kesar colour on top
and now it is ready to serve or packaging
