Kaju anjeer roll
Kaju anjeer roll is a kaju fancy items which is made from
kaju ,sugar and in side stuffing anjeer,and dry fruits mix .it have coated with
silver leaves on upper surface,it is cylindrical shape and cut in one end.
In this post I will discuss each and every method to make
kaju anjeer roll with step by step picture.
Ingredients :-Kaju -800gm
Sugar-800 gm
Anjeer-150 gm
Glucose liquid- 50 gm
Pista small- 25 gm
Honey-50 gm
Silver leaves- 150 gm
Kesar- 2mg
Procedure:-
1.step- first of all we will make dry fruits stuffing so
take anjeer,glucose liquid,pista small,honey and mix properly in a container
2. step-I already discussed
how to make kaju pinda base in my previous post so take kaju pinda and
make a round ball 35-40 gm
3.step-fill dry fruits stuffing between the kaju ball
4. step-Now make cylindrical shape with soft hand
5.step-Coating with silver leaves on upper surface of
cylindrical ball
6.step-Cut cross shape between the cylindrical ball and
divide two part
7.step-Décor with kesar colour and now it is ready to serve
or packaging.
