Khoya bahar fancy is indian sweet and  which have made from Khoya,Khas khas,chocolate powder ,This khoya bahar fancy one of very attractive khoya items and better test .It have manufacture three layer kesar khoya,chocolate khoya,white khoya.khus khus  decor on top surface.

In this post we will discuss how to make khoya bahar fancy with step by step picture.

Ingredients:-For Yield 900 gm)

                    Meetha Mawa-800gm

                    Chocolate Powder Drinking-30 gm

                    Khus Khus-90 gm

                    Pista slice dried-5 gm

                    Colour keshari-1 gm

                    

Procedure:- I already discussed how to make meetha mawa in my previous post .

1.Step- Take fika khoya and roast in kettle for 25 to 30 minutes

2.step- Now it have to cool in musta machine and mix karara 30 minutes

3.step-Now we will prepare chocolate khoya base with the help of chocolate powder and make small ball 15 gm

4.step-Then prepare khoya kesar base with the help of kesar colour  and make a small ball 10 gm

5.step-Now take white Meetha  mawa and make small ball 20 gm

6.step-Now take all ball and make triple layer inside as per given picture inner layer khoya kesar

7.step-Then make a cylindrical shape with the help of soft hand upper layer white meetha mawa.

8.step-Coated with khus khus on outer surface of cylindrical khoya   

9.step-Cut cross shape between cylindrical ball and make twice with the help of knife and decor with pista slice.

Now Khoya bahar fancy is ready to serve or packaging
