                                           Khoya Burfi 

Khoya burfi is one of most consumable Indian sweets which is made from milk khoya and karara sugar.it is a milk product and generally found all Indian sweet shops, khoya burfi taste and colour is totally different to other normal sweets

Ingredients:-Khoya-1 kg,Karara-300gm,sugar-50gm,silver lives,Pista sliced -50gm,Elaichi dana-10 gm

Procedure:-Manufacturing of khoya I already described in my previous post
so after preparation of khoya it have to put on kettle and roast 20-25 minutes at 110°c
After roasting at have to put on musta machine and cool 25 to 30 minutes

when roasted khoya properly cooled then it have to mix karara sugar and mix properly 2 -3 minutes

Now sweet khoya put on pata or table and make sheet with the help of belan

Then coated with silver leaves on top of khoya sweets
Then cut with the help of knife and scale

Now garnishing with pista slice and Elaichi dana

Now khoya burfi is ready to serve or packaging
