London bite sweet is one of very attractive famous sweet dish in london it is made from dates or khajor base which have inside chocolate cream biscuit and garnishing with kaju small pieces on top surface

Ingredients:-Yield 1.2 kg)

                      Khajor or Dates-1.2 kg

                      Oreo or any cream biscuit-300 gm

                      Honey-50 gm

                      Ghee-50 gm

                      Kaju 8 piece small-200 gm

Procedure:-first of all we prepare khajor base so take khajor and remove seed 

then put on kettle and roast with the help of hot water and  ghee on medium temperature

roasting time 7-10 minutes 

After prepared dates base it have to put on a tray and cool at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours

when the khajor base is properly cool then it have mix properly

Now dates base make thine sheet with the help of belan and cut round biscuit shape with the help of round frame

Manufacturing of london bite

Now cover all side biscuit with dates base and make cylindrical shape 

This round cylindrical shape coated kaju small pieces with the help of honey

After coating dry fruits it have to cut four pieces with the help of knife
