 Garmi ke mausam me jab Aam ka sijan atta hai to usi samay ham aam ka achar banate hai
  Aam ka achar sabhi logo ko pasand atta hai Aam ka Achar kai tariko se banaya jata hai.
  Aam ka achar Jayadatar log khana khate samay pasand karte hai

 Jab ham log aam ka achar banate hai to sabse pahale aam ko achi tarah se
 dho late hai aur kache aam ko rkhate hai aam ke achar banate samay aam ko
 Chote chote tukade kar dete hai

 Aam ke achar banane ki aawsyak samagri
Kache aam- 2 kg
Sarso ka tel -400g
Hing -1/2 chamach
Namak -200g
Haldi -100g
Shop -100g
Maithi-100g
Sarso pila -100g
Mircha -1 chamach

Iske bad sabko mix kar dete hai uske bad gas chalu krte hai aur gas par ek bartan me rakhte hai taki aam ke chote tukade naram ho gay phir jab aam ka tukada garam ho gata hai to gas band kar dete hai aur iske bad aam ke chote tukade aur masala ko aapas me mila dete hai isko jis thali me dalte hai wah saph hona chahiye taki achar kharab nhi ho masala mila dene ke bad use ek saph chamach se chalate hai tab achar tayar ho jata hai.

Iske bad ise dhup me rakhate hai ise lagbhag 6-7 dino tak dhup me rakhte hai aur jab jab achar ko dhup me rakhte hai to use chamach se chalate rahte hai taki achar kharab nhi ho is achar ko ham 
12 month tak kha skte hai .lakin isko 3 manth me ek bar 1 din dhup me rakhana padata hai .
Aam ka achar bahut hi sawadist hota hai . Isme 12 month ke bad bhi iske sawad me koi badlaw nhi hota hai iska sawad pahle ke jaise rahata hai.

  • Aam ke achar ko saph thali me rakhana chahiye
  • Aam ke achar ko jis thali ya bartan me rakhate hai wah glass ya palastic ka hona chatiye
  • Aam ke achar ko 3 manth me ek bar dhup me jarur rakhana chahiye
  • Aam ke achar ko khate  samay saph chamach ka upyog karana chahiye
