Kadhi pakoda hamare uthar bharat ki ek swadist bhojan hai. Kadhi Pakoda ko hamlog chawal aur roti ke sath khate hai, kadhi pakoda thoda khata banaya jata hai is liye ye logo ko jayada pasand atta hai, kadhi pakoda toh jayadatar panjab me ek swadist bhojan ke rup me mana jata hai . lakin ye pure bharat me banaya jata hai aur log ise bahut hi maze se khate hai .

Hing -2
Tel -250g
Zira -1 chamach
Maithi -1 chamach
Hara mircha -6 ya 7
Hari dhaniya
Haldi ka powder -1 chamach
Lal mirch ka powder -1/2 chamac
Payaj -250g

Pakoda banana ka tarika

Sabse phale ham pakoda banate hai. Pakoda banane ki liye besan ka ghol banaya jata hai aur usme payaj ke chote chote tukde kar ke dalte hai .hari mirch ko chote chote kat kar usme dalte hai aur use gol kar ke pakoda banate hai, hame jitna banana hota hai 10 ya 20 banate hai .pakoda ko tel me talte hai ise lagbhaj 5 ya 6 min tak talte hai aur woh halka lal ho gata hai to use nikal dete hai, tab pakoda tayar ho jata hai.

Kadhi banane ka tarika                                                             Kadhi banane ki liye sabse phale besan ka ghol banaya jata hai aur isme dahi dala jata hai .    Ghol ko gadha banaya jata hai. Aur khata dahi dala jata hai taki kadhi swadist bane aur jab ghol ban jata hai to usake  bad isme haldi , lal mirch,hari mirch ke chote chote tukade aur payaj ke chote tukade dalte hai . Uske bad ek patila late hai aur usme thoda tel lete hai aur iske bad ham jo ghol banaye hai usko us patila me dalte hai . Iske bad usko lagbhag 10 ya 5 min tak chalate hai aur jab wah lal ho gata hai toh usko nikal dete hai kyo ki lal kar dene ke bad uska sawad aur jayada badh jata hai .is liye ye logo ko gayada pasand atta hai .kadhi tayar ho jane ke bad hi usme ham pakoda dalte hai .kadhi aur pakoda ko ek sath mix kar dete hai kadhi pakoda khata banane ke karan ye logo ka sabse pasandida bhojan hota hai .                                                                                                                                  Roti chawal se jayada log kadhi pakoda khana pasand karte hai .isme kuch log kadhi pakoda                tikha khana pasand krte hai .jin logo ko tikha pasand hota hai woh apne hisab se mirch dal kar            khate hai .lakin jayadatar log tikha pasand nhi karte hai .woh khata pasand karte hai .
