Mushroom Matar Recipe | How to make  Matar Mushroom

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm Mushroom
  • Matar (Peas)
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
MASALAS(Spices)
  • Red chilly powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Salt
PROCEDURE
  • Boil mushroom and matar (peas) to 2 minutes on high flame and take out from it leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Take a pan on flame add 2 tbs oil and fry that mushroom for 5 minutes on medium flame then separate it.
  • On the same pan add 2 tbs oil again when the oil get heated then add some cumin seeds after this add cardamom
    then add 2 pieces of dry red chilly add bay leaf 2 pieces then add chopped onion and keep steering.
  • Add 1 tbs ginger&garlic paste then keep steering after while add water to it.
  • Add Coriander powder, Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder and then add Salt as per taste then fry it.
  • Add boiled peas(matar) and mushroom over it and mix it well and then add 1 tbs cream or yogurt and cover it for 5 minutes.

  • For gravy add water as much as gravy you want then add coriander leafs and Garam masala then left it over flame for 5 minutes.
