Mushroom Matar Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 250 gm Mushroom
- Matar (Peas)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
MASALAS(Spices)
- Red chilly powder
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Garam Masala
- Salt
PROCEDURE
- Boil mushroom and matar (peas) to 2 minutes on high flame and take out from it leave it for 5 minutes.
- Take a pan on flame add 2 tbs oil and fry that mushroom for 5 minutes on medium flame then separate it.
- On the same pan add 2 tbs oil again when the oil get heated then add some cumin seeds after this add cardamomthen add 2 pieces of dry red chilly add bay leaf 2 pieces then add chopped onion and keep steering.
- Add 1 tbs ginger&garlic paste then keep steering after while add water to it.
- Add Coriander powder, Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder and then add Salt as per taste then fry it.
- Add boiled peas(matar) and mushroom over it and mix it well and then add 1 tbs cream or yogurt and cover it for 5 minutes.
- For gravy add water as much as gravy you want then add coriander leafs and Garam masala then left it over flame for 5 minutes.
