Spring Pasta with Salmon,Peas,and Dill
Coated in a
butter-white wine sauce,this delicious meal is a freshtake on pasta
primavera featuring roasted salmon and snapy English peas.

Ingredients:-

oz.salmon fillets.skin removed

lb.cavatappi or others short pasta

tsp.coriander,crushed
5. Kosher
salt and freshly ground black papper

8 oz.fresh English peas

1/2 Yellow onion,chopped

4 tbsp.unsalted butter ,cut into pieces

1/2 c.dry white wine
10.
3 tbsp.fresh dill,torn
Method:-
- Heat the oven on 350 degree F.Lighly grease a small baking sheet,Season salmon with coriander,salt,and pepper .Roast on prepared baking sheet until cooked through,13to15 min.Traanfer to a plante.Cool completely,then flake into large pieces.
- Meanwile,cook pasta according to package direction,adding peas during last 1(if using frozen peas)to 4(if using freash peas)min.Reserve 1 cup cooking water;drain .Return pasta to pot.
- Melt 2 tbsp.butter in alarge skillet over medium heat .Add onion and season with salt and papper.Cook,stirring occasionally,Untill tender,6to8min.Add wine and cook until syrup.3 to 4 min. add pasta and ½ cup reserve cooking water. Bring to a simmer.Remove from heat and stir in remaining 2 tbsp.butter(adding additional cooking water if need to create a sauce).Gently Fold in dill and salmon.
