ingrediants -: 1. chicken 2. onion 3. salt as requried 4. mustard oil 5. red chiily powder 6.coriander powder 7. garlic ginger paste 8. garam masala 9. turmaric powder10. garam masala

HOW TO MAKE HAANDI CHICKEN?
1. Clean and marinate the chicken.
wash and clean the chicken pieces properly .pat them dry and add the red chiily powder, salt, mustard oil, turmaric powder, coriander powder, yoghurt. mix them properly. marinate the chicken about 1/2hour. keep in the mind that donot add water .
2. prepare the handi chicken
take a hanndi put red chiily powder, salt, mustard oil, turmaric powder, coriander powder, yoghurt into haandi in medium flame about 1/2 hour. While cooking Handi Chicken, stir the chicken gently. after 1/2 hour yiour haandi chicken is ready.
