Murmura laddu is also known as lai laddu. its look like a spherical sweet from the indian sub continent made of various ingredients and jaggery syrup . it generally made in makarsankaranti . there are many types of laddu  which different source of it sweetness .basically murmura laddu is can be made from jaggery or sugar but generally it made from jaggery. it is ideal sweet served during winter season but you can also made for guests for lunch and celebration. . it is very easy to make as first prepare your ingredients such as-:

1. murmura

2. jaggery

as you make  the mumura laddu with only two in grediants you must follow this step.

1. take a pan and put it in the gas . then add some water on the pan.



2. add some jaggery on the pan in medium flame .



3. cook it about 10 to 20 minutes.





4. if it cook properly the add puffed rice (mumura).



5. after adding mix it properly and then put off the gass .Apply cold water to your hands and shape murmra laddu into laddu like this.



after all these steps your murmura laddu is ready . which very is cruchi and tasty . but one thing keep in the mind that jaggery must be good quality . then your laddu become more tastier.
