inauguration will take place on Monday 22 january 2024 in the most famous
place ayodhya , utttar Pradesh . this
occasion is celebrate like a Diwali After
the struggle of more than 500 year. and we know that Diwali is the festival of
lights and sweets. In this occasion PM narendra modi will be the chief guest of this ceremony called ram
lalla paran prathistha ceremony . there were several type of
sweets such as laddu, kaju katli, barfi,
rasgulla etc.
DIWALI RECIPE
Suji ka
halwa
It is the
one of the recipe that is very easily prepared in homes. and also it is
commonly prepared in household on special occasions specially in Diwali. But not
only Diwali, birthday and other festivals. In the preparation of suji’s halwa ,
few ingredients are required.
Required ingredients
of suji ka halwa

Sugar - for 1/2cup suji , we add 1\3 cup of
sugar. So the suji halwa has less sweetness or is just sweet. 1/2cup of sugar
gives a very seet taste

Ghee - we also add 1/3 cup of ghee for 1/3
cup of suji. Increase and reduce the taste of ghee. As you prefer
·
Water – we add
1.5 Cup of water. Through you can even
add 2 cups of water. The amount water
can also be increased depending on the quality of rava and if you want pudding –
like smooth consistency.

is most popular indian sweet and it is also very popular in Pakistan, Nepal and
afganistan . GULAAB JAAMUN is not only sweet name it is a also fruit name . but
in this time we will talk about only gulaab jaamun sweet . it is not hard to
make gulaab jaamun . if you following this-
Ingredients of gulaab jaamun
To the
syrup

gram with fine white sugar saffron strand

Teaspoons chopped pistachios
To the gulaab jaamun

Ghee
·

teaspoon fine white sugar

gram full- cream milk powder
·

gram baking powder
·
Lemon
juice

3-4
teaspoon whole milk

making method
Step -1
To make gulaab
jaamun , use pestle and mortar to grind the cardamom and sugar together to a
fine and good paste.
Step -2
Milk powder,
flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and
add a mixture of cardamom and sugar to it.
Rub 50 gram
of ghee or butter by your finger until
the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step -3
Taking care
not to over mix , mix curd lemon juice and enough milk to make a soft dough.
Step -4
Apply a
little sunflower oil to your hands and shape small portions of the dough into
walnut-sized balls, about 3 cm in diameter and 20 grams each. Make sure the pakodas are smooth and do not
have any cracks or wrinkles.
Step -5
Heat 1 kg
ghee in a pan or kadhai to 130C or until a small piece of dough falling into it
turns golden in 40 seconds. Fry the
balls, in batches, on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes, rotating them around,
until they turn uniform, dark brown.
Remove from saucepan using a slotted spoon, then drain on kitchen
paper. Drop in hot syrup, let them soak
for 2-3 hours.

dissolves. Cook on low flame for 20
minutes, then cool.
