Ingredients for making garlic pickle

1.      Garlic – 250 grams Mustard

2.      1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds

3.      1 teaspoon Fennel

4.       1 teaspoon Red chili powder

5.      1 teaspoon Turmeric

6.      1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida

7.      3-4 pinches Lemon

8.      1/2 Oil

9.      250 grams Salt as per taste
