                           MANGO PICKLE




Mango pickle is very popular out of all the pickles. It mostly made in summer season also called mango season. It is the season of mangoes, raw and ripe mangoes are available in abundance in the market . most of the people likes mangoes pickle, and this type of pickles kept and prepared at this time. Mangoes pickle are made many ways today we are talking that how we can prepared mango pickle at home. As first clean all those mangoes whose are use to make mangoes pickles. And cut them into small pieces as you comfortable and satisfy. We always use only a little pickle while eating and it very easy to eat  small pickles. After sprinkling water 6 to 8 times, add pickle, the taste of the pickle also increase, and the pickle also become more durable. While buying for pickles should not be a fibrous mango (fibrous mangoes do not make pickles more tasty). And there should not be any defect In any other mango.



Mango pickle ingredients     

1.      1 kg raw mangoes

2.      50 gram turmeric powder

3.      100 gram fennel

4.      100 gram fenugreek seeds

5.      50 gram niglla seeds

6.      2 tbsp black peeper

7.      1 to 2 litres mustared oil

8.      300 gram salt

9.      As per taste add asafetida

Mango pickle recipe

1.      First of all, put oil in a vessel and heat it well on gas.  Then turn off the gas and cool the oil.



2.       Now add fennel, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, red chilli, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt and half cup oil in a vessel and mix.



3.       After this, put some mixture of spices in the pickle jar and put some pieces of mango on it.



4.       Again pour the spice mixture over the mango pieces and add the remaining mango pieces over it.

5.       Now pour the remaining mixture on top and add all the mustard oil in it and cover the jar and keep it in the sun for about 6 to 7 days.

6.      Stir the pickle 2 to 3 times a day with a clean spoon or keep mixing the pickle by shaking it well.

7.       Mango pickle is ready.
