 Ingredients for making cold coffee

 

1.      Coffee powder- one spoon

2.      Milk- one and a half cup

3.       Hot Water

4.       Sugar- as much as you like

5.      Ice cubes- 4-5

6.       Chocolate Syrup

8.       First mix coffee in hot water

9.       Now put it in a blender jar, add milk, sugar and add ice cubes.

10.  Now you have to run the blender until foam appears in it.

11.   Now take a glass, add chocolate syrup in it.  Pour this syrup in such a way that it falls down on the surface of the glass, this way the coffee looks good.

12.   Now put it in a coffee glass from the blender.

Ingredients

 

1.      Sugar – 4 tsp

2.      Coffee – 2 tsp

3.       Chocolate powder – as per taste

4.       Milk – 2 cups

 

 Method

 

 step 1 – Take a mug and add sugar in it.  Now add coffee into it.  Mix it well.  Add one tablespoon water to it and beat it.

 

 step 2 – You will see that the color of the coffee starts changing slightly within a minute.  Now add half spoon water in it again.  Now whip it for another 2 minutes.

 

 step 3 – Again you can see, the coffee is still changing its color.

 

 step 4 – When the solution starts thickening, add some water to it and beat it again and again until it becomes a light brown paste.

 

 step 5 – Now boil the milk, add one spoon of coffee paste in a cup and add boiled milk in it.  Mix it with the help of a spoon and garnish with chocolate powder.
